Sorelle Reopening

For the past several months, we have all been living a restricted lifestyle due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone’s commitment and understanding during this difficult time has been greatly appreciated.

Now that many of the shelter-in-place mandates are beginning to be lifted across the country, we are excited to announce our community will initiate reopening in phases under the recommended safety guidelines of the CDC and in accordance with local governmental orders. With that said, social distancing and cleanliness measures must be applied to these efforts. Our recommended use of masks and continued hand washing will be an essential complement to our stringent disinfecting protocols.

Some changes could be more evident than others at this time. When the leasing office opens by appointment only, you may see your property management team assisting guests through the community with high regard to personal space. Your maintenance teams will be wearing personal protective equipment and following new safety guidelines when entering your home. And certain amenity areas will become accessible in a limited capacity to allow for six feet of social distancing. New signage will serve as a reminder of these new community guidelines.

  • Fitness Center, opening June 1st, 9am to 6pm, maximum capacity of 7 people
  • Pool,  tentative opening pending health insp. June 15th, 10am – 8pm, maximum capacity 30 people
  • Mix and Mingle Room, opening June 15th, 10am-8pm, maximum capacity 12 people

The steps we are taking to gradually re-open certain amenities could be jeopardized if everyone does not play a role in following these new protocols. If you are sick, you must refrain from visiting shared spaces. Everyone is eager for a return to normal, but the reality is there currently is no vaccine for the virus and community spread continues to remain a risk. While we are taking additional steps in an effort to keep common areas clean, we ask for everyone’s cooperation in observing the new protocols.
